I also find it difficult to add photos in the right order, I think I might need a new iPad this poor old thing can’t download the new updates which might make this a bit more user friendly but then again it might be the old operator that can’t work the new updates. But the photos are here and I’m sure you can work out which order they should be in. Thank you so much Janie for letting me add to your beautiful journal.

Janie’s Journal.
I enjoyed working in this journal but once again I got in the zone and didn’t take photos of my process. I find this to be the hardest thing for me to do. I started by sketching the face in watercolour pencil then I collaged tissue paper on the top half and around the right side of her face. Then I worked on her face using watercolours. Next I worked on her headdress/hat. Then I did a bit of fine tuning of her face and found a place for my words. I am the last person to do a spread before it heads home, it has some beautiful art inside, I am sure you will love it.

I have an Ipad too, Annabelle, but have never been able to use it properly, after using 'normal' computers since the 1980s. The saying that old dogs can't learn new tricks is true, and I prefer to use my Mac laptop - much easier for me. I love your picture and you have definitely mastered lovely faces; thank you so much.
